Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. This role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring guest service excellence and compliance with safety standards.

The position requires 1 year of supervisory experience, strong customer service, and valid food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• 1 year of F&B, hotel/hospitality, club or full-service restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants and other front/back-of-house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served safely and to quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance and HACCP compliance.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety procedures.
• Oversee opening/closing responsibilities and station cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally to create an exceptional suite experience.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Suites Supervisor to join our Premium Suites team. This event-based, part-time leadership role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations within our Premium Suites, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Suite Attendants, Food and Beverage Runners, Pantry Coordinators, and other front/back-of-house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and suites readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional suite experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
• Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
• Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
