Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX, is seeking a motivated, service-driven, and experienced event-based part-time Food & Beverage Club Supervisor to join our Premium Clubs team. This role provides first-level supervision of food and beverage operations during events, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service focus with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient event execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and other front-of-house team members.
• Ensure food and beverages are served accurately, safely, and within established quality and service standards.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with guest seating, food service, buffet setup, and dining room support as operational needs require.
• Train and mentor new team members on service standards, safety procedures, and operational expectations.
• Oversee opening and closing responsibilities, including side work, station cleanliness, and dining room readiness.
• Maintain inventory levels, complete daily and monthly inventory counts, and communicate supply needs.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating an exceptional dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with management, culinary teams, and event staff to ensure seamless operations.
