Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Barclays Center seeks a General Manager of Suites to lead all aspects of suites operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving partner satisfaction and financial results.

The role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive experience in premium food & beverage, large-scale operations, and team development, reporting to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or premium hospitality.
• Proven track record managing premium operations with multimillion-dollar revenues and 50+ staff.
• Experience delivering guest experiences in high-volume, high-profile venues.
• Strong business and financial skills, including budget ownership, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Suites department.
• Mentor the Suites Manager and coaching staff.
• Oversee menu design with culinary team and procurement collaboration.
• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial action planning.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.
