Job summary

Levy at Barclays Center seeks a General Manager of Suites to lead all aspects of Suites operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing partner satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. This role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with experience in premium food and beverage, large-scale operations, and team development.

The incumbent will supervise the Suites Manager, report to the Director of Operations, and drive strategic leadership, budgeting, and guest relations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in food & beverage or premium hospitality.
• Proven track record managing premium operations with multimillion-dollar revenues and 50+ staff.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-volume venues such as stadiums, arenas, or luxury hotels.
• Strong business and financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Excel, databases, and event management systems.
• Demonstrated success in developing leaders and driving culture.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Suites department.
• Mentor and coach the Suites Manager.
• Actively participate in all BEO meetings.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hourly staff to build a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive improvements in guest satisfaction, retention, and financial results.
• Build strong relationships with suite holders, partners, and VIP clients.
• Oversee menu design with the culinary team, aligning with trends and cost goals.
• Manage reporting and forecasting through the Suites Management System.
• Collaborate on procurement, vendor contracts, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with payment, alcohol service, and food safety regulations.
• Lead monthly reporting and financial action planning.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews for leadership staff.
