Job summary

Aramark at Cisco - Santana Row is seeking a Suite Attendant to take guest orders and serve food and beverages in suites during events. You will ensure a premium guest service experience by addressing guest needs and following safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have prior serving or suite attendant experience, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server or suite attendant
• Excellent guest service abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of food safety principles
• Ability to obtain required alcohol service certifications
• Friendly, efficient demeanor and adaptable to guest needs
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure suites are stocked with proper food, beverage, and products per Aramark standards
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of suite and service areas during events
• Replenish food and beverage items on guest request
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and verify guest identifications
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings
• Break down and clean service areas and equipment after events
• Return equipment to storage areas
• Inventory products at event end
• Comply with food safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure security of company assets
