Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible schedule; some nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
• Ability to commit to the entire football season and off-season peak periods throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to all guests and meet special requests.
• Anticipate guests' needs by reviewing event-day orders for accuracy before guest arrival.
• Set-up catered events with attention to detail and in accordance with standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages with knowledge of offerings and service standards.
• Meet all service standards, including wine, table, and buffet service.
• Break down and clean service equipment after events and store properly.
• Respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
• Comply with all food and sanitation standards within the suite.
• Complete tasks in various environments as assigned by management.
