Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suites Runner to provide exceptional guest service across the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). This role supports the Catering Department by delivering orders and ensuring items are ready and delivered on time for events.

Responsibilities include event set-up assistance, timely delivery, and knowledge of the building and menus. Requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up of events by delivering orders in a timely and courteous manner.
• Deliver product as directed during events.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Have a strong knowledge of the building and pertinent event locations.
• Must be knowledgeable of food, beverage and menu items.
• Adhere to all uniform and grooming guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
