Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suite Attendant for the Toledo Complex (Huntington Center and Glass City Center). You will serve suite holders and guests with hospitality excellence, stock and prepare suites, and assist in catering and service roles. The position requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and guests for events at the Toledo Complex.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Prepare suites prior to each event, stocking and presenting items.
• Monitor and replenish suite inventory during events.
• Ensure food/beverage items are prepared, delivered, and served correctly and on time.
• Support catering functions and flexible roles (bartender, server, suite runner, catering support).
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with local alcohol service regulations.
• Obtain signatures for charges incurred during events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and holidays per event schedules.
• Be a team player.
