Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Suite Attendant for the Toledo Complex to support Huntington Center and Glass City Center events with exceptional hospitality and service. You will stock suites, assist with catering, and ensure presentation-ready amenities for guests.

Position requires 18+ years old, fluent English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and guests during events.
• Prepare suites prior to each event with food, beverages, and amenities stocked and presentation-ready.
• Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout events to maintain service standards.
• Assist with catering functions and support multiple service roles (bartender, server, suite runner, catering support).
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with local alcohol service regulations.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas; be available nights, weekends, and holidays.
