Unrivaled Sports seeks a smart, dynamic Sports Experience Manager to lead planning, management and execution of the 2026 programming calendar. You will own the end-to-end event production process, from budgets and schedules to vendor management and on-site operations, ensuring premium, scalable brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing live event production.
• Budget management of six figures with financial discipline.
• Experience developing and executing detailed production timelines.
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation and contract oversight.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across brand, sales and operations.
• Knowledge of event logistics, setup, teardown, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to ensure cohesive experiences.
• Thrives in fast-paced, startup-minded environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tentpole events from concept to on-site delivery.
• Develop production timelines and workback schedules.
• Coordinate with brand, marketing, sales, creative, and operations.
• Ensure brand guidelines across all production elements.
• Lead pre-event production meetings and manage on-site operations.
• Manage production staffing, travel, and training.
• Maintain production assets inventory.
• Troubleshoot issues to protect brand and fan experience.
• Provide post-event recaps for improvements.
• Partner with teams to refine production strategies.
• Maintain run-of-show notes/documentation.
• Identify new technologies to elevate production.
