Job summary

Aesop is seeking a Retail Consultant to drive personal performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and personalized product demonstrations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to align on goals, while contributing to continuous learning and maintaining high standards in grooming, stock, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience successfully working as part of a customer-focused team, ideally within retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset, both customer-focused and commercially driven
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Deep passion for selling premium products and Aesop offerings
• Flexible scheduling availability, including 5 days per week with at least one weekend day
• Must be able to work on the sales floor, stairs/ladder, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly

Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Performance by understanding KPIs and executing a SMART monthly plan with the Store Manager
• Deliver outstanding Customer Experience through storytelling, warm welcomes, demos, and regimen building
• Commit to Learning & Development by completing induction and training and seeking feedback
• Execute Retail Essentials ensuring grooming, stock, inventory, and store presentation are maintained
