Responsibilities

• Drive Personal Performance: contribute to store goals, plan monthly targets with Store Manager, use data to optimize performance, and generate ideas for traffic and loyalty.
• Customer Experience: tell stories, greet customers, tailor journeys, demonstrate products, and encourage repeat visits.
• Commit to Learning & Development: complete induction, engage with training, seek feedback, and maintain store standards.
