• Drive store performance by tracking KPIs and executing a monthly commercial plan.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized storytelling and product demonstrations.
• Guide customers to products and regimens with warm, confident service.
• Create memorable departures and invite customers to return.
• Uphold Aesop’s grooming and retail standards, stock and presentation tasks.
