Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Premium Services – Area Supervisor to lead the Rentals Department, including Stroller/EVC Rentals, Cabana Rentals, Valet Parking, and VIP Tours. You will drive safety, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume guest-facing environment.
• Completion of Six Flags Fiesta Texas Driver’s Training Course.
• TABC certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the daily Rentals operation, ensuring a safe, efficient, guest-friendly environment.
• Lead all Rentals locations: Stroller/EVC Rentals, Cabana Rentals, Valet Parking, VIP Tours.
• Communicate proactively with guests, using tools like Accesso Reporting.
• Maintain staffing levels and create schedules in advance.
• Manage labor expenses with data-driven decisions.
• Train, coach, and counsel employees for success.
• Motivate and inspire the team to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Promote cross-department collaboration with Retail and Games teams.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts.
• Model availability and presence, especially on weekends.
