Job summary

Memphis Grizzlies at FedExForum seeks a Coordinator, Premium Services to coordinate programs, supervise part-time staff, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will train, schedule, and guide the Premium Services team to meet service standards for a high-profile venue.

You’ll lead pre-event meetings, address guest feedback, assist in hiring, and support event operations while collaborating with leadership on the Premium Services plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, sports management, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years Premium Services and venue management experience in like-size facility.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, handling pressure and multitasking.
• Experience supervising a large number of part-time staff.
• Excellent customer service and Sales & Service support.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Organized with coordinating and project management skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create, foster and maintain the company’s reputation for great service and reduce liabilities through training and guidance.
• Lead, coach, mentor and discipline Premium Services Team Members as needed.
• Assist with hiring processes and pre-shift event meetings with updates and expectations.
• Supervise and resolve Premium Services issues; log guest feedback and requests.
• Manage part-time supervisory team with leadership development focus.
• Ensure all open positions are filled prior to each event.
• Maintain attendance records using payroll software and digital platforms.
• Contribute to development and implementation of Premium Services Business Plan.
• Assist with special events and client meetings; respond to inquiries.
• Work FedExForum events and support the Premium Services Director on projects.
