Compass Group USA is hiring a Pantry Coordinator (Part-time) for FedExForum. The role covers evenings aligned with concerts, Grizzlies games, and University of Memphis events, handling orders, payments, and food service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in foodservice, experience with high-volume settings and POS systems, plus an outgoing, professional demeanor for premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality.
• Experience with VIP or premium experiences preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere and with a POS system.
• Outgoing personality with ability to delegate and interact with high-profile guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet with directors and supervisor before events to review details.
• Manage orders for delivery to suites before and during each event.
• Expedite food and beverage orders throughout games.
• Ensure all food and beverages are properly displayed and maintained.
• Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
• Process payments for goods and services purchased.
• Establish rapport with guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete event setup and breakdown within timelines.
• Perform post-event inventory and restock as needed.
• Create, modify and close sales checks in the POS system.
