Job summary

Carver Road Hospitality in New York City is seeking an experienced Server to join our high-volume dining concepts. As a Server, you will take orders, answer questions about menus and specials, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages while providing attentive service.

You will maintain a clean work area, handle payments per company procedures, and work closely with team members to create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge environment.
• Ability to greet guests and provide accurate information about menus and specials.
• Good multitasking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen accurately.
• Inform guests about menu items, allergies, and daily specials.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Process payments following cash/Card procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
