Qualifications

• Previous host/hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
• Flexible schedule including varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a gracious, accommodating, and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and provide accurate wait times for guests with or without reservations.
• Answer incoming calls and confirm reservations.
• Set up the host stand and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the area throughout the shift.
• Seat reservations promptly and assist guests as needed while maintaining service standards.
• Adhere to health and sanitation standards and protect guests and staff.
