Responsibilities

• Deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, and process payments.
• Open and pour wine at the tableside.
• Assist with special events and cover for absent staff as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain grooming standards.
• Communicate guest needs to the kitchen and supervisor when necessary.
