White Lodging in Austin, TX seeks a friendly server to deliver top-tier food and beverage service in our hotel restaurant. You’ll read the table, suggest menu items, and create a warm, engaging dining experience while helping ensure smooth operations each shift.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand and move quickly; weekend/holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests — creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive menu suggestions, and a warm, engaging dining atmosphere
• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth restaurant and food and beverage operations every shift
• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — accurately and confidently answering guest questions about food and drink selections
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience from the first course to the final check
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe, and professional hotel restaurant work environment
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation
• Maintain a neat, professional personal appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality that keeps guests coming back
• Perform other duties as assigned
