Formación

• Experience in server/food and beverage service is preferred; training provided.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
• Flexible to weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests, creating personal connections and a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes, and answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
• Process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
