Responsibilities include setup, side work, and closing tasks, handling payments, and maintaining a professional appearance. Weekend availability and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and social personality required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Passion for service with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team mindset.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items and answer guest questions accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, friendly work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and act as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
