White Lodging is hiring a Server for its hotel restaurant and food & beverage team in Austin. You will provide warm, high-quality service, learn the menu, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience across shifts.

Eligible candidates may have prior server experience or be eager to start with on-the-job training. Expect a dynamic, high-volume setting with opportunities across multiple hotel properties in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or restaurant frontline roles preferred, training provided.
• Strong communication and active listening to read table needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests with hospitality and warmth.
• Setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and preparation to answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from start to final check.
• Support teamwork and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete shift paperwork.
