White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Server to join our hotel restaurant and food and beverage team in Austin. You will deliver high-quality service, build guest connections, and uphold the brand as a hospitality ambassador in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous server, restaurant, or food and beverage experience preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate.
• Outgoing, social personality with a passion for guest service in a hotel restaurant.
• Excellent communication and active listening to read tables and guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests, creating connections through friendly conversation and menu knowledge.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to support smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes to answer questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and overall dining experience from start to finish.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional hospitality environment.
