You will connect with guests through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and a welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of menu items and daily operations.

Roles require standing and moving for long periods, excellence in service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food, drink quality, and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance as an ambassador of the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
