Hideout Steakhouse & BBQ in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a Server/Bartender to deliver hospitality while serving our signature Steak on a Stone® and award-winning BBQ. You will craft beverages, take orders, and ensure an outstanding guest experience from greeting to checkout.

We value friendly, dependable team players who can multitask in a fast-paced setting and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. Training is available for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old (bartending duties).
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have (or obtain) a valid Food Handler’s Permit and any required alcohol service certification.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly western hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages with exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Process guest payments using the POS system.
• Keep dining and bar areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen and team to ensure timely service.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and sanitation regulations.
