Job summary

Hideout Steakhouse & BBQ is seeking a Server / Bartender to deliver outstanding hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and cocktails, and maintain knowledge of the menu and beverages.

The role involves working with the kitchen and team to ensure timely service, following alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation standards. Prior experience is preferred, with training provided to motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old (bartending duties).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have (or obtain) a Food Handler’s Permit and any required alcohol service certification.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, genuine western hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Keep dining and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely service.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
