Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx is seeking positive, customer-focused individuals for part-time Game Day Pack Member roles. You will support Premium experiences at Timberwolves home games, greeting guests, managing spaces, and assisting with events and guest inquiries.
The role runs through the regular NBA season and any potential playoffs, with expected availability for all home games. Previous customer service experience is preferred and a team-based, fast-paced environment is expected.

This will be a seasonal part-time role, through the season and potential playoffs. In this job, you would be working alongside our Premium team to deliver best-in-class service for our Premium members.

This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable, and office lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate noise levels.
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
