Job summary

Learfield Amplify seeks an Account Executive, Premium Seating, to join the university ticket sales team in California. You will sell suite and club season tickets, corporate packages, and other premium seating products, while proactively reaching out to current and past customers and developing new leads.

You’ll build relationships with area businesses to drive revenue, manage CRM records, and work events including home games.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and building long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Friendly and professional telephone manners with interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell suite and club season tickets, corporate packages, partial plans and other premium seating products.
• Prospect and develop new business through outreach to current, past customers and new leads.
• Engage area businesses and individuals via calls, virtual appointments, events.
• Build relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.
• Aim to exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales goals set by management.
• Maintain records of sales activity and customer information in CRM systems.
