Cornett Roofing Systems, a Midwest name in premium roofing, seeks a motivated sales professional to join our Franklin, IN team. This full-time role focuses on consultative selling of premium roofing systems to homeowners and commercial clients who value craftsmanship.

You will meet customers across Central Indiana, develop proposals, present options, and manage your sales pipeline with support from estimating, operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the business.
• Excellent follow-up and personal organization.
• Willing to learn premium roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel Central Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and commercial prospects throughout Central Indiana.
• Conduct professional sales consultations and evaluate customer roofing needs.
• Present premium roofing systems, options and solutions.
• Develop proposals and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Consistently follow up with opportunities and manage your sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within company systems.
• Work closely with estimating, operations and customer service.
• Represent Cornett professionally in the field and community.
• Achieve individual sales and performance goals.
