Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to generate new business in the Franklin, TN area. You will canvass neighborhoods, conduct roof inspections, and guide homeowners through insurance claims with the support of a strong team.

Role emphasizes in-field sales, relationship building, and timely proposals. Training is provided; top performers can earn a substantial income through commissions and growth opportunities within a nationwide leader.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations.
• Proven track record in sales (preferred). Comfort with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
