Job summary

Lindt USA in Bloomington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales budgets and ensuring profitable store operations while delivering superior customer service. Qualifications

• Proven sales background required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in meeting/exceeding sales budgets and maintaining profitable store operations.
• Model Lindt standards and drive KPI attainment through effective leadership and customer focus.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; ensure brand representation and product knowledge.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cash handling and compliance with policies; escalate issues to Store Manager as needed.
