Job summary

Lindt USA in Nashville is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our in-store experience and drive sales. You will supervise and train staff to maintain exceptional customer service and Lindt standards across daily operations.

The role requires a proven retail background, strong leadership, and the ability to manage inventory and guest interactions. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background in retail.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales standards and KPIs.
• Train and develop staff to maintain knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Maintain Lindt standards in customer interactions and store operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to prevent shortages or overages.
