Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt in New York City is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Grand Central store. You will coach and develop the team to exceed KPIs and sales targets while delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, support training, respond to emails and calls, process cash and openings/closings, and uphold visual and store standards using our training tools and VM directives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience essential.
• Previous retail leadership experience required.
• Full training provided to understand brand, product and customer.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and develop store teams to exceed KPIs, sales targets, and results.
• Accountable for day-to-day running of the store, including opening/closing, cashing up, and responding to emails/phone calls.
• Takes initiative to increase selling skills amongst the team and ensure product knowledge.
• Deliver and drive customer service excellence by keeping teams up to date with store ranges and promotions.
