Job summary

Charles Tyrwhitt is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago. This full-time role focuses on leading a team to meet sales targets, maintain excellent customer service, and uphold CT standards.

You will oversee daily operations, training, and client interactions in a premium retail environment. The ideal candidate brings retail leadership experience, a proactive attitude, and a strong appearance, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and develop store teams to exceed KPIs, sales targets, and results.
• Accountable for day-to-day store operations, deployment, training, emails/phone, cashing up, security, opening/closing.
• Increase selling skills amongst the team and ensure CT customer service standards.
• Deliver expert product knowledge and keep the team up to date with ranges and promotions.
• Utilize training tools, reports, and VM directives to maintain visual and store standards.

The Role

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams.

At this time, we’re on the lookout for a Sales Supervisor who will be working with Michael from our Chicago store.

What you will be doing

• Motivate, coach, and develop store teams to exceed KPIs, sales targets, and results
• Accountable for the day-to-day running of the store, including, supporting team members, deployment, and training, responding to emails and phone calls, cashing up, security processes, opening and closing of the store
• Takes initiative to increase selling skills amongst the team
• Deliver and drive your team to ensure CT’s customer service expectation by ensuring expert product knowledge, ensuring you and the team are up to date with the latest store ranges and promotions
• Utilize and encourage colleagues to use all store, business and staff training tools, including commercial reports, VM directives and tools to support the delivery and consistency in visual and store standard

What we are looking for

Customer Service experience is essential, preferably in a premium retail environment. Your personality and enthusiasm, combined with your experience will make you a person who is fun to work with, taking pride in appearance, and always with a driven, can-do attitude. Previous retail leadership experience is required, but this can be from any type of retail. Full training is provided to help you understand our brand, product, and customer.
