Qualifications

• Experience with facility maintenance tools; painting and general repairs preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ if operating a resort vehicle).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on guest rooms including painting and repairs.
• Use HOTSOS to log issues and track progress.
• Partner with internal departments and vendors for efficient work.
