You will guide customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process, demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and build lasting relationships while meeting dealership sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Retail, luxury, or high-end sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the pre-owned vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery.
• Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles based on customer needs.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and showroom.
• Follow up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.
• Stay knowledgeable about features, pricing, and options.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Management.
• Ensure a professional and personalized experience.
