Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Retail, luxury, or high-end sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Valid driver9s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process from initial contact through delivery.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles based on customer needs and preferences.
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and showroom inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership CRM processes.
• Stay knowledgeable about vehicle features, inventory, pricing, and available options.
• Work closely with the Sales, Finance, Service, and Management teams.
• Ensure every customer receives a professional and personalized experience.
