Job summary

CUT Beverly Hills is seeking a Pastry Cook 2 to join our luxury pastry department. You will support the pastry team in preparing world‑class desserts, breads, laminated pastries, and plated components for a high‑volume, high‑end environment in Los Angeles.

You will maintain standard pastry recipes, manage supplies, and help produce and plate pastries with creative presentation while collaborating with the culinary staff to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with pastry emphasis or equivalent culinary program
• Minimum 2 years pastry experience
• Open availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and prepare pastries, desserts, breads, and plated components for service
• Maintain all standard pastry recipes and health standards
• Produce and plate pastries and desserts to high quality and presentation
• Work cohesively with the culinary team and meet production schedules
