Job summary

OSET is seeking a Sales Support Manager based in our Atlanta office to build and sustain a premium dealer network and enhance the customer experience. You will partner with the National Sales Manager to plan travel, approve programs and oversee dealer merchandising across motorcycles and apparel.

Responsibilities include driving dealer training, optimizing stock turns, reporting dealer performance, and ensuring brand standards with a market‑leading customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of direct field/retail experience (power sports/auto).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable, premium dealer network with an exciting customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CSI, marketing plans and dealer representation.
• Manage stock, orders and product representation across motorcycles, apparel and accessories.
• Train dealer staff and ensure brand standards at each dealership.
