Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Custom Home Project Manager in Park City, Utah to lead luxury residential projects from permit through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, trade partners, and budgets to ensure quality and on-time completion for up to $5M homes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or have 5+ years in luxury residential construction, with strong knowledge of codes, blueprints, and BuilderTrend usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or 5+ years in luxury residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprint reading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; BuilderTrend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction process from permit to owner delivery.
• Generate and update project schedules and coordinate trade partners.
• Ensure selections and specs meet quality standards and budget.
• Call and prepare for municipal inspections and warranty through year one.
• Communicate with Owner with progress updates and photos.
• Manage on-site trade partners and crews; schedule daily productivity.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain active punch lists.
• Perform quality control checks at each phase.
• Maintain daily logs and photo documentation.
• Handle budgeting, bidding, and subcontractor awards; support SDS/compliance.
