Job summary

Cherry Talent Group is seeking a detail-driven Project Manager for custom residential builds in Park City, UT. Lead field operations, client relations, and trades from late pre-construction to handover, reporting to leadership.

You will manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality on site. Procore proficiency is required, with Bluebeam, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing high-end custom residential or complex construction projects.
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents.
• Procore proficiency required; Bluebeam, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee luxury residential projects from late pre-construction through punch list.
• Direct and support field superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedules.
• Transition projects from pre-construction into construction with budgets and handovers.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and design consultants.
• Manage project finances and documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, POs, and cost tracking.
• Monitor critical path schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics.
