Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager for luxury residential projects in Millcreek, UT. This on-site role blends field leadership with schedule management and client communication to deliver high-end homes and remodels.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, coordinate with designers and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence from inception to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential construction (custom homes or high-end remodels).
• Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to be client-facing.
• Experience working with designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on custom homes and remodels.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the build.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to plans.
• Track progress, budgets, and updates using Buildertrend (or similar).
