Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and systems.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent client-facing communication and organization.

Aufgaben

• Own multiple projects from preconstruction turnover through completion and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost-to-complete, purchase orders, allowances, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, critical paths, and recovery plans.
• Identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, long-lead items, and potential budget or schedule risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, procurement, and owner selections.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and provide proactive project communication.
• Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, trade performance, and client expectations.
• Drive punch-list items, financial closeout, documentation, and client turnover through completion.
• Maintain accurate project information within Buildertrend and other company systems.
