Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.
• Clear, respectful communication with employees, management, and guests.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, event-driven environment.
• Valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by regulations.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform POS math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of food & beverage service areas based on event needs.
• Ensure lounges and banquets are prepared prior to events and maintain quality.
• Supervise team members on event and non-event days.
• Maintain policies, safety standards, and a positive guest atmosphere.
• Monitor cash handling, alcohol policies, and inventory control.
• Assist management with training, inventory, and special events.
