Job summary

Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Banquet Utility Supervisor to lead stewarding operations and support banquet and kitchen staff. Weekly pay and uniforms are provided.

Responsibilities include supervising dishwashing, ensuring chemical levels are correct, assisting with plate-ups, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Dishwasher is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial washing machines.
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks.
• Availability for and weekends, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Stewards to help make clean up more efficient.
• Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
• Assist with Banquet plate-ups.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Provide cooks with needed items. Support banquet and buffet by transporting and ensuring adequate stock.
• Return cleaned items to proper locations.
