Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise banquet service staff during events.
• Act as the primary point of contact on the floor during assigned events.
• Ensure all food and beverage service meets Club standards.
• Assign staff positions and responsibilities based on event needs.
• Communicate clearly with management and culinary teams.
• Monitor event flow and proactively address guest needs.
• Enforce service procedures, safety standards, and Club policies.
• Train and support banquet staff for service excellence.
• Maintain a calm presence during high-pressure events.
• Assist with inventory awareness and care of Club property.

Skills

Previous banquet or hospitality leadership experience

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team

Calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
