Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Digital Experience Design, Learning Technology, or AI engineering within a complex enterprise environment.
• AI literacy and prompt engineering: integrate Generative AI into the instructional workflow for creative brainstorming, script enhancement, workflow automation, and rapid prototyping.
• Mastery of ADDIE, Agile, and Performance-Based Design, with the ability to solve business problems through effective instructional architecture.
• Performance-first mindset: leveraging technology and workflow-embedded interventions to drive business impact.
• Advanced portfolio showing interactivity in Articulate Storyline/Rise and high-end visual luxury design; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, and Articulate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end digital production of self-paced assets using tools like Camtasia, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring a premium luxury aesthetic and consistent TRR voice.
• Use Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to build immersive, interactive digital environments for active learning.
• Design prompts and AI personas using Google Gemini and NotebookLM for rapid script and asset prototyping.
• Architect learning journeys and integrate performance support tools directly into daily workflows to reduce friction.
• Act as a performance consultant, collaborating with SMEs and leaders to ground materials in proprietary docs.
• Deploy MVPs quickly to address operational problems while managing multiple fast-paced projects.
