Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG, educating sales associates and updating them on new products. The role involves in-store visits 1–2 times per month, with an average commitment of 8 hours per month and potential weekend demonstrations during the holiday season.

Pay ranges from USD 20.00 to USD 22.00 per hour, with weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and travel-related perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred.
• Kitchen gadget enthusiast with an eye for aesthetics.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel up to 30 miles for training visits.

Responsibilities

• Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line.
• Deliver product training one-on-one and in small groups.
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
• Travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled visits.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to supervisor.
