Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a part-time Training Specialist to educate retail associates on SMEG products at select specialty retailers within a 30-mile travel radius of your home. You’ll deliver product updates, ensure displays meet visual standards, and train staff in 1-on-1 or small groups.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred.
• Kitchens gadget enthusiast who values performance and aesthetics.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment.
• Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line.
• Deliver product training in 1-on-1 and small group formats.
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Travel within territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to supervisor.
